Overview
The International Swimming Hall of Fame opened on the Fort Lauderdale waterfront in the mid 1960s as a museum, archive and aquatic complex. Its honorees include the swimmers, divers and open water pioneers of every era. The adjacent pool hosted national championships and training camps for decades.
