Overview
Titmus won the 200 m and 400 m freestyle at Tokyo 2020, dethroning Ledecky in the 400, and defended the world 400 m title in 2022 and 2023. She won the 400 m freestyle again at Paris 2024. Her coach Dean Boxall celebrated the Tokyo win so wildly the clip went viral worldwide.
